Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne Put Up Their Home For Rent, Asking for 50K a Month [PHOTOS]
Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne put their California home up for sale last summer but after no one bid at the asking price of $13 million, the celebrity couple has now decided to put the property up for rent, according to real estate website Trulia.
The "America's Got Talent" judge and her rocker husband are asking the new tenants to pay $50,000 a month for the Hidden Hills, CA, home.
Yahoo described the interior of the house as being "Cape-Cod inspired" with six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and almost 11,000 square feet. Along with multiple fireplaces and a built-in music studio, the backyard features a large-sized pool and a view of the surrounding hillsides. Attracting the most attention however, according to Yahoo, would be the home's foyer with "cathedral ceilings, sky-high windows, a grand spiral staircase and [black] Venetian-plastered walls."
Last year, Architectural Digest featured a spread about the California home where the home's décor strategy was identified as "Contemporary Goth," noting Ozzy Osbourne's background as the lead rocker of the band Black Sabbath. The home's interior decorator even described the residence as being "easygoing but still opulent - with a little rock-star edge thrown in."
The couple's previous home is where they, along with their children Kelly and Jack, filmed the MTV reality show "The Osbournes," which aired from 2002 to 2005. Christina Aguilera bought that home but currently has it on the market herself.
RadarOnline reported back in April that the couple sold their Malibu home for $7.925 million, an oceanfront residence with five bathrooms and property amassing to 4,500 square feet.
