While the drama heated up drastically on the penultimate episode of The Affair, the season finale is expected to be even more intense.
The Affair Gets Nominated For Several Golden Globes
In a preview for Sunday's episode, Noah (Dominic West) is seen punching Scotty Lockhart. But, according to E! Online, Noah will also get into a "major altercation" with one more Lockhart.
There will also be a "major reveal" about Detective Jeffries' (Victor Williams) life off the job.
Sean Murray Teases Rewarding NCIS Christmas Episode
In another preview, released on Sunday, Noah and his wife Helen (Maura Tierney) are seen discussing their current relationship status after he left her during the last episode for Alison (Ruth Wilson).
"What do you want?" Noah asks her.
"I want you to come home. I miss you," she says. "I can't do this alone. I hate my life without you."
"You know you used to like me because of how I am. I thought you chose me for the way I am," she adds. "You wanted a certain life and I gave that to you."
Helen also tells Noah that although he never expressed his aggravation with her, she's been working on changing for him. Will the couple get back together?
The season finale of The Affair airs on Sunday night at 10 p.m. EST on Showtime.
