Michael Strahan Live With Kelly Host? Sources Reveal New Details
Michael Strahan is likely to be announced as the new host of LIVE! with Kelly! according to sources familiar with the negotiations.
A source close to the negotiations between ABC and the NFL star has told the Associated Press that Strahan was going to replace Regis Phibin who stepped down in November last year.
AP reports that the player was "in negotiations to be named as replacement for Regis Phibil."
Strahan, 40, appeared several times as a guest host on LIVE! including on August 17 when he made his latest appearance.
ABC has not commented on Strahan and only said Kelly Ripa's co-host will be announced on September 4.
