'Glee' Season 4 Preview Clip: FOX Premiere Sept. 13 @9 P.M. ET
"Glee" season 4 starts on Sept. 13 and there are many exciting things to look forward to.
First off, Alex Newell, from "The Glee Project," is part of the new season's cast, playing a character named Wade.
A slew of celebrities will be making guest appearances this season as well. Kate Hudson will play Cassandra July, a dance teacher to Lea Michele's character - who is attending the New York Academy of Dramatic Arts. Also guest starring in the new season will be Anne Hathaway and Sarah Jessica Parker.
"Glee" creator Ryan Murphy posted a picture of Hudson on his Twitter page with the caption "Kate Hudson in action." The image shows the actress in black fishnet stockings and a black leotard as she has her arms and her leg wrapped around a male costar.
"I'm so obsessed with her. She's one of the greatest comedic actresses right now and I just think she's so great," Michele, 25, said about Hudson. "I really think having...Kate Hudson come in for our fourth season is so exciting. I think I'm more excited for this season than ever before."
The show is known for making covers of already popular, radio-friendly songs and Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe" is no exception. FOX posted a clip from the Sept. 13 episode in which the 2012 summer hit is being performed, with appearances by Blane and Artie.
The premiere will also feature covers of Jennifer Lopez's "Dance Again," and The Fray's "Never Say Never," according to Hollywood Life.
Cinemablend.com reported that the season premiere will be titled "The New Rachel," and the episode will most likely revolve around finding just that person.
"Glee" premieres on Sept. 13 at 9/8c on Fox.
