Survivor host Jeff Probst and winner Parvati Shallow recently discussed the blue collar tribe on the upcoming season this spring.

'Survivor' Contestant Sierra a Cowgirl & Similar to Parvati Shallow?

Before the 18 new players of Survivor: Worlds Apart played the game, Probst and Shallow sat down with Xfinity's Gordon Holmes to assess each of them. A new article published this week features the three of them discussing the "blue collar" tribe.

Probst and Shallow seemed mixed on postal worker Dan Foley. Probst said that he would keep him around until he got in the way, while Shallow simply said, "Oh, this guy. No. He's on par with Rupert [Boneham] for me. Outskies."

Probst did say that he would want to align himself with oil driller Mike Holloway.

"I'd go straight up and say, 'I'm from the Midwest, you're from the Midwest. Let's just get it done. And I'll never betray you.' And all of these, it goes without saying, if I've got to betray someone? No problem," Probst added.

Meanwhile, Shallow says she would get along well with construction worker Rodney Lavoie Jr.

"He's strong and rough and I would play him soft and flirty. He just wants a little affection and feminine sweetness to balance his rugged masculinity."

While Shallow said she would want to work with state trooper Kelly Remington, Probst said he would keep her at arm's length.

"I know a lot of people in law enforcement. They're savvy for a reason," Probst explained. "They don't trust people and they can read people. Kelly, I don't feel like I could ever trust that she would trust me. I'd have to vote her out."

Probst and Shallow also seem very mixed on hairstylist Lindsay Cascaddan. The host said it would be difficult to fully trust each other even though he would want to work with her, while Shallow wasn't keen on how unpredictable she seems to be.

As for barrel racer Sierra Dawn Thomas, both Probst and Shallow seem to think highly of her, with Probst admitted that she is a "dark horse."

Shallow added that she has a bit of nastiness to her that is necessary to get further in the game.

It remains to be seen if any of Probst and Shallow's assessments will come to pass.

Survivor: Worlds Apart is slated to premiere on Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
