JWoww Engaged: Jersey Shore's Jenni Farley Engaged to Roger Mathews
The Jersey Shore is in for its next big event as wedding bells start chiming for Jenni "JWoww" Farley.
Farley, one of the stars of MTV's "Jersey Shore", announced that she was engaged to her long-time boyfriend Roger Mathews, according to In Touch magazine.
The two announced their engagement on Wednesday to the magazine which features JWoww on the cover and inside pages with photos of her rocking a massive cushion cut engagement ring.
"It's more than I ever expected," Farley tells In Touch. "Roger's not an average-looking guy, he's huge: his personality, his size [6'4"]. So I always said, 'I want my ring like you - big! The bigger the better!' "
The proposal came as a big surprise to Farley as her boyfriend of two-and-half years proposed during a skydiving session.
"I look over and see a hand-written sign: 'Jenni, will you ... ' and then I turned to him and freaked out," JWoww said. "The whole time I'm screaming, 'What are you doing? What's going on? He's like, 'I want to spend the rest of my life with you! Will you allow me to?' "
The answer was a definite "yes" as Farley called her now fiancé the "perfect guy."
Their romantic relationship began in season three of the MTV reality series. Fans have been getting a deeper look inside their lives while appearing on the first season of "Snooki & JWoww," where the couple displayed their constant bickering.
"Me and him are hotheads. We go from zero to sixty, and he's the first boyfriend that I've ever had that won't back down ... Roger's like, 'You're out of your mind," JWoww told MTV News back in June.
"You kinda saw it last season when I tried to give him sh-- and he was like, 'I don't know who you think you're talking to.' "
