Fans have still been reacting negatively-and accusing Robyn of abusing the situation with her ex to her benefit-in what many have assumed was a long-term plot she had enacted to become the "number one" wife in the family-all accusations she addressed head on in a series of tweets between March 1st and March 3rd.

@wishing34 @nosierlady My tears are not scripted. They are absolutely real. That would take a lot of talent I think to cry on demand. — Robyn Brown (@LuvgvsUwngs) March 3, 2015
@MApostate How did I bash? I remember actually telling the truth kindly. My kids aren't dumb. They were there and they know for themselves.

@MApostate I will say it again. My kids were there & remember what it was like when I was married to my ex. I wish they didn't but they do. — Robyn Brown (@LuvgvsUwngs) March 3, 2015
@GigetteBB Actually it isn't. The family is stronger than ever and this is as real as it gets. Also, we are back for another season in Sept.

@GigetteBB I need you to excuse me from this question. This is something I can't talk about at this time. — Robyn Brown (@LuvgvsUwngs) March 3, 2015
@SpeakMyMind75 Nope I wasn't. Not sure where you go that. My kids were asking me for a new Dad from the time I was divorced.

Afterwards, Robyn took to Twitter again, revealing that she had now realized that no matter what she tried-some people would not understand the situation or her position with things, but for those who did, she was extremely thankful for the support they were giving her.

2. Some people really want to know the truth & have intelligent questions. They usually accepted what I said. They just want to understand. — Robyn Brown (@LuvgvsUwngs) March 5, 2015

I really and truly wanted to clear up rumors and misunderstandings. I thought if I faced it head on then people would see the truth.

I realize now for some people that no matter how much truth you show them, it will never matter. They will only see what they want. — Robyn Brown (@LuvgvsUwngs) March 5, 2015
I want to promise those people just seeking truth that if they ask me a real question without hate & without cruelty, I will try to answer.

I want to say thank you to those who are supportive & kind to us. Thank you for seeing the heart of our family. It means the world to me. — Robyn Brown (@LuvgvsUwngs) March 5, 2015
News broke before the show's fifth season finale that Kody and Meri had jointly followed for divorce in September of last year. Kody then remarried Robyn legally in December. The entire season finale, and most of the tell-all afterwards, then focused on the topic.
