'American Horror Story' Season 5 Cast: Is Connie Britton Getting Ready To Return For 'Hotel'? [VIDEO]
Actress Connie Britton is scheduled to speak on a panel about FX's American Horror Story, which could potentially signal a return to the show if possible.
Britton was only a cast member on the first season of American Horror Story, but she will be speaking at a special AHS panel for the Television Academy. The actress, who played Vivien Harmon in Murder House, will be joined by several of the show's leading women on the panel for the event, called "An Evening With the Women of American Horror Story."
The actress will be joined by Kathy Bates, Jamie Brewer, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Gabourey Sidibe and producers Jennifer Salt and Alexis Martin Woodall.

It is possibly noteworthy that Britton chose to be part of this panel since she has not associated with the show much since season 1. Britton has been starring on ABC's Nashville for three seasons now and it is currently uncertain if it will reach season 4.
It is also entirely possible that Britton is simply attending with no plan to return for season 5 this fall and just has room in her schedule to speak at the event.
Either way, the event will be a night to remember as the actresses get together and reminisce on the series. It will take place at The Montalbán in Hollywood on Tuesday, March 17 at 7:30 p.m. PT.
Buzz for the fifth season of American Horror Story, titled Hotel, is heating up and there's bound to be several cast announcements in the weeks and months to come.
American Horror Story: Hotel airs this October on FX, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date.
