Her time in the small town of Salem has been eventful, but thanks to a new opportunity in New York, Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause) is leaving town for good on Days of Our Lives.

Jordan Makes A Life-Changing Decision About Her Future

She was given the opportunity to now work for a major humanitarian organization she has dreamed of being a part of for a long time, and even though she has a lot to leave behind in town now, she has made the painful decision to do so-though it will mean she needs to say more than a few goodbyes to some important people in her life.

Not only will she need to find a replacement to now work with Abigail (Kate Mansi) on their joint venture at the hospital, she will need to say goodbye to the girl who has become her closest friend. She will also need to leave her younger brother, Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) behind as well.

Chad Gets Unusual Revenge On Jordan

In addition to them, she is leaving behind the painful memories inflicted upon her by her enemy, Kate (Lauren Koslow), her stepfather, Clyde (James Read), and one of her ex-boyfriends, Chad (Billy Flynn).

However, her hardest goodbye could be the one she gives to her other ex-the man who truly stole her heart and gave her an initial reason to stay in Salem to begin with-Rafe (Galen Gering). The goodbye is set to be painful for them both, as Rafe has fully admitted he still loves her recently and wants to be a part of her life again-but her departure will forever keep the couple from reigniting their romance and giving it another shot.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
