'Real Housewives of Orange County': Vicki Gunvalson's Daughter Briana Culberson Gives Birth to Son Troy
Looks like there's a new addition to the "Real Housewives of Orange County."
Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson gave birth to a baby boy on Sept. 28, three weeks ahead of the scheduled arrival.
"Troy William Culberson was born a healthy 7 lbs, 11 ounces at 7:53 a.m. this morning via emergency C-section," a family rep told Us Weekly.
This is the first child for nurse Briana, 25, and her husband, Ryan Culberson, a U.S. soldier who served in Afghanistan. The couple eloped in Las Vegas in October 2011.
"Briana and Ryan are overjoyed with their newest addition to their family and are eager and excited to begin their new lives together," the rep said.
Just like the quickie marriage, the pregnancy "was definitely a surprise to Vicki," a source previously told Us Weekly.
But Gunvalson has more than warmed up to the idea of having a grandson.
On her official Facebook fan page, she wrote: "News everyone has been waiting for: Troy William Culberson was born a healthy 7 lbs, 11 ounces and 20 inches at 7:53 a.m. this morning! Thank you everyone for all your support! I'm a GRANDMA! Im so proud of Briana and Ryan. They will make amazing parents."
This is also the first grandchild for Gunvalson who is also a mother to Briana's brother, Michael, 26.
The new parents chose the middle name William to honor Brianna's father Michael Wolfsmith's late maternal grandfather.
Ryan was by Briana's side during the delivery while an excited and overwhelmed grandmother-to-be "couldn't stop crying."
