The Voice ousted four competitors on Monday as the series entered night 3 of the Battle Rounds.

With several rounds to an episode, the Battle Rounds pit singers from each team against each other. Winners advance to "The Battles, Round 2" (previously the "Knockout Rounds") while losers are either stolen by another coach or eliminated completely.
Team Pharrell Williams opened Tuesday's competition, pitting Caitlin Caporale and Briar Jonnee against each other. The duo took on Alicia Keys' Fallin' in a competition that secured Caporale's standing for another round while Jonnee was sent packing. Later, Coach Pharrell to keep Lowell Oakley after her performance of Hound Dog, and Kimberly Nichole was snatched up by Team Christina Aguilera.

Coach Christina Aguilera's addition of Nichloe was offset by her dismissal of Katelyn read and Clinton Washington. Coach Adam Levine then saved the latter while India Carney and Treeva Gibson remained on Team Xtina.
Levine's only had one pair of contestants in the Battles on Monday. Levine saved Barry Minniefield Levine following his performance of Traffic's Feelin' Alright, but put an end to Jack Gregori's Voice run.
Team Blake Shelton's evening played out much the same as Levine's. The country artist placed Kelsie May opposite Brenna Yaeger for a rendition of Fancy, a match up which May handily won. Yaeger, however, exited The Voice stage for the final time.
