"Dancing with the Stars" Season 15 All-Stars' partners Val Chmerkovskiy and Kelly Monaco admitted to having a mutual crush on each other, but is something more going on?

Their sexy salsa and chemistry has caused much speculation as to whether or not they are more than just friends.

According to someone who works behind-the-scenes for the ABC show, Chmerkovskiy and Monaco really enjoy each other's company.

"The vibe between them is HOT," the source told Wetpaint Entertainment. "Everyone's talking about it."

"And they're very, very flirty with each other in rehearsal. I can tell you that much. They have a good time."

However, the dance partners have done nothing more than flirt.

"Right now, Kelly is seeing someone," the source said to WetPaint Entertainment. "But if things don't work out, I can totally see something happening down the line with her and Val. Definitely not until the show is over, though. They're in this to win it and I don't think either of them wants to take the focus off that. They're dead serious about taking home the Mirror Ball."

If you're still rooting for them to get together, don't worry ... it's possible.

"But in terms of hooking up, never say never - especially in this case. The kind of chemistry they have, you can't fake that."

The pair has been vocal about their mutual attraction to one another.

"Who doesn't have a crush on Kelly Monaco?" Chmerkovskiy asked On The Red Carpet on September 24. "Of course, she's beautiful, she's very humble, I mean [singing] 'that's what makes you beautiful.' That's what makes her the most attractive. She's a great friend."

Monaco admitted to having a crush on her dance instructor. "Can we just look at this," Monaco asked, while opening her partner's shirt and slapping his butt. Monaco then said, "I don't kiss and tell."

Chmerkovskiy responded, "I'm blushing, thank God I have all this bronzer on!"
