While cast members have been very tight-lipped about any plot details for Orange Is the New Black season 3, one actress did tease a few things about the new season. Catherine Curtin, who plays corrections officer Wanda Bell in the the series, has nothing but praise for season 3.

"I would say the new season will floor you," Curtin teased. "It will absolutely floor you."
Curtin's overwhelming praise is similar to that of costar Lea DeLaria, who plays Big Boo in the series. The actress spoke with Slate recently and revealed that "There's no two ways about it, season 3 is so much better than anything they've put out yet."
She elaborated, "Season 3 is so much better than season 1 and 2 it's not even in the same ballpark. And I'm not building it up and I won't get in trouble for saying this because we all feel this way."
It remains to be seen if season 3 will live up to these expectations, but it certainly bodes well for those worried about any sort of slump in quality.
Orange Is the New Black season 3 is slated to be released in full on Friday, June 12 on Netflix Watch Instantly.
