With six rounds to an episode, the Battle Rounds pit singers from each team against each other. Winners advance to "The Battles, Round 2" (previously the "Knockout Rounds") while losers are either stolen by another coach or eliminated completely.

Team Christina Aguilera opened the fourth evening of battles with a face off between Rob Taylor and Jeremy Gaynor. Taylor's rendition of Maroon 5's Animals secured his position of Team Xtina, but Gaynor was not so lucky. Unfortunately Coach Adam Levine's team was already full, making it impossible for Gaynor's to impress the front man with his performance. Later, Aguilera saved Koryn Hawthorne while bidding farewell to Vance Smith.

For Team Blake Shelton, Brooke Adee won her battled with Bay Brooks and Corey Kent emerged victorious from his face off with Jacob Rummell. Luckily for Rummell, Coach Pharrell Williams enjoyed his version of I Want Crazy enough to save him from elimination.

Meanwhile, Williams and Levine each only had one set of competitors to judge on Tuesday. Williams choose to keep Sawyer Fredricks over Noelle Bybee and Levine saved Lexi Dávilla instead of Bren'nae DeBarge.
