The 2012-2013 NFL season has been an exciting one thus far.

As per usual, there are several teams that have exceeded expectations while others that have fallen short. With the Atlanta Falcons, Arizona Cardinals and Houston Texans all remaining undefeated and the Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints still winless, Week 5 will serve to be a pivotal one for most teams.

To kick off the fifth week of the season, the Arizona Cardinals will go head-to-head with the St. Louis Rams on "Thursday Night Football." Although the Rams have shown an immense performance improvement since last year, it still hasn't been acceptable enough for them come out ahead. They must be at their peak in order to stand a chance against the Cardinals.

In another notable matchup, the Denver Broncos will be taking on the New England Patriots on Sunday. The game should be a battle of the quarterbacks between New England's Tom Brady and Denver's Peyton Manning. If Manning is able to replicate his three touchdown performance from Week 4 against the Oakland Raiders, then the Pats may have their work cut out for them.
