Agents of SHIELD will give the mysterious Melinda May her own episode in season 2.

Clark Gregg Talks Edward James Olmos' Robert Gonzales, What Is He Doing With The Other SHIELD?

Taciturn and deadly, Agent May (Ming-Na Wen) is not one to talk about her past. Despite this, it looks like the eponymously titled "Melinda" episode may dive into the agent's Bahrain incident.

May's time in the Middle Eastern archipelago earned her the nickname "The Calvary," but it also caused the skilled agent to trade field ops for a desk jockey job. While Skye couldn't weasel any info out of May's ex-husband, Entertainment Weekly promises answers are on the way. Interestingly enough, these tidbits will have something to do with SHIELD's newest Inhuman.

Dead Character Returns On 'Agents Of SHIELD', Who Will Appear In 'One Door Closes'?

"Not exactly," Entertainment Weekly said when asked if May's husband Dr. Andrew Garner (Blair Underwood) would drop some hints in recent episodes. "But you will get a big clue about it that surprisingly relates to Skye."

"Melinda" will air as episode 17. In the meantime Agents of SHIELD will air "Love in the Time of HYDRA," "One Door Closes," and "Afterlife."
