Clarke Griffin's post-massacre walkabout may last for quite some time on The 100.

Echo May Feature On 'The 100' Next Fall, Jason Rothenberg Teases Grounder's Story

The young leader of the Sky People did not return to Camp Jaha following the events of "Blood Must Have Blood: Part 2," and Clarke (Eliza Taylor) may not reappear at the lakeshore settlement anytime soon.

The teen certainly left the topic up in the air when she left Bellamy (Bob Morley) with a sad, but hopeful, "May we meet again" (see video below).

"I hope they do meet again," series creator Jason Rothenberg told TV Line, playing his cards close to the vest before the series' writers reconvene on April 1.

All of Earth is seemingly at Clarke's fingertips (once you get past the hostile Grounders, the bleak deserts, and the deadly animals), and her trip into the wilderness will hopefully give her some peace of mind ala Thoreau.

"This is a girl who for the entire time on the ground, for two seasons of television now, every waking breath has been under intense, intense pressure to keep everybody alive and so she just wants to be alone and be for a little while and not have to be reminded of all the horrible things she's done," Rothenber explained to Access Hollywood.

What do you think Clarke will find on her solo venture? Sound off in the comments below.
