The Winder Twins of Ops, Eric (Barrett Foa) and Nell (Renee Felice Smith) spend every day working in close corners, attempting to keep Callen's team one-step ahead of the bad guys. Between a Christmas kiss, a trip to Nell's parents, and their efforts to maintain that their co-ed friends are just that - friends - the two tech geniuses have danced around the issue of a relationship since day one. Never was this more evident as when Eric decided to "mentor" the beautiful and brilliant Blaze during Monday's episode.

"The green-eyed monster rears it's ugly head for both Nell and Eric, respectively," Smith teased ahead of "Blaze of Glory," according to Fashion & Style, warning viewers that Nell and Eric "are still trying to figure it out. Aren't we all?"
