'Orange Is the New Black' Season 3 Release: Uzo Aduba Explains How Series Is Exploring 'Faith' in 2015 Episodes [VIDEO]
Uzo Aduba and Taylor Schilling recently previewed what the theme will be for season 3 of Netflix's Orange Is the New Black.
Why Larry Isn't Returning To 'Orange Is the New Black'
Aduba (who plays Suzanne "Crazy Eyes" Warren) and Schilling (Piper Chapman) sat down with PopSugar to discuss the crazy success of the show and what's ahead for season 3.
Schilling was very tight-lipped as far as revealing spoilers for season 3, simply saying that it picks up "right where we left off."

Fans will recall that Piper essentially orchestrated Alex's (Laura Prepon) return to prison in the season 2 finale, in addition to season-long villain Vee (Lorraine Toussaint) being run over and killed by Rosa (Barbara Rosenblat).
Heading into season 3, Orange Is the New Black show runner Jenji Kohan wants to explore the idea of faith and what it means to each prisoner in Litchfield, as Aduba explained.
"This season Jenji is really introducing this idea of faith and belief into the world of Litchfield which is interesting just 'cause - what that means in this context for each woman it's so personal and so individual and it can mean anything," Aduba explained. "Faith in love, faith in one self, the idea of idols, it's exciting."
The co-stars also recalled the craziest experience they've had thus far in working on the show, with both Aduba and Schilling agreeing that the White House Correspondent's Dinner was the craziest.
"We got a shout-out from the president!" Schilling said, referring to President Barack Obama's comments about John Boehner.
"The House Republicans actually give John Boehner a harder time than they give me," Obama said at the dinner, "which means orange really is the new black!"
Aduba and Schilling were there at the dinner and the latter admitted, "both of us were dead on the floor. It was the first time I've been around anything presidential. It's breathtaking, the ritual and the pomp. It's amazing. I felt very removed from it. It's an out of body experience."
Orange Is the New Black season 3 is set to be released on Friday, June 12 on Netflix.
