Derek Hough got naked in a new Instagram photo he posted this week, though it's for a very good reason.

Hough posted a racy new pic on Instagram of himself completely nude except for a strategically placed towel. He is wearing a face mask and standing outside of a room with mist coming out of it.
"Just finished Cryo therapy,now off to the airport to catch a red eye back to the city that never sleeps," he captioned alongside the photo. "Fitting, seeing as I don't sleep either. Thank you @drmanningdc @robinben #cryohealthcare".

The act of cryotherapy involves the patient enduring below zero temperatures for brief periods of time as a form of therapy.
Hough needs all the help he can get considering his busy schedule. He is flying back and forth between Dancing With the Stars in Los Angeles and the New York Spring Spectacular in New York. Through it all he has still managed to turn his celebrity dancing partner Nastia Liukin into a frontrunner to win the competition.
The couple has continued to improve their scores since the beginning, receiving a 36 out of 40 from the judges on Monday. Next week is Disney Night and according to ABC, Liukin and Hough will be dancing to the very cheery "Love Is An Open Door" from Frozen.
Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
