No, Matt (Maxim Knight) isn't about to develop feelings for Maggie - it won't be a Mason boys' free for all. Hal (Drew Roy), however, will start to spend some time with someone else.

"It's still all tangled up [and] it will be for a little while," Roy said of the Hal/Maggie/Ben dynamic, according to Whedonopolis at Wondercon 2015. "Then we'll add another member into the triangle, so it keeps on keeping on."

Despite the clear and undeniable magnetism between Hal and Maggie (Sarah Carter), the pair will be unable to resolve their issues before Tom Mason's (Noah Wyle) eldest son finds himself far from the company of the 2nd Mass.

"Hal is put in an odd situation, a tough situation because he's having to pick between the girl that he loves more than anybody else in the world and his brother who he has a great amount of love for as well," Roy explained. "Things get a little complicated and as the season progresses I get separated from everybody else and meet someone else. We have to see how that all unfolds."
