'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 2: Mockingbird & Lance Hunter Set For Spinoff? Contentious Characters Teased For New Series [VIDEO]
Agents of SHIELD may shuffle Mockingbird and Lance Hunter to ABC's impending spinoff.
Bobbi Morse (Adrianne Palicki) and her ex-husband aren't currently on the best of terms - divorce, reconcile, kidnapping, and traitorous actions tend to do that to a couple - but it seems the snarky Brit and the baton-wielding agent may be lumped back together next fall.
The news comes courtesy of Deadline, which previously announced the possibility of a spinoff earlier this month. It wouldn't be a surprise if the series' capitalized on the two new characters and their undeniable chemistry while trying to launch Marvel's third prime time venture.

However, there will need to be some serious reconciliation between Mockingbird and Hunter (Nick Blood) if writers expect them to share the screen without their anger and sexual tensions blowing out the pixels on your TV.
Will Agents of SHIELD's two-part finale provide a resolution to their current stalemate? SOS Part 1 and SOS Part 2 will continue the SHIELD vs SHIELD and Inhumans strife while hopefully giving viewers an idea of what direction the spinoff will take.
