However, it is safe to assume that the alien will have something to do with David Schofield's Odin and Game of Throne's Maisie Williams guest appearance.

Penned by Jamie Mathieson and Steven Moffat, "The Girl Who Died" will be the first half of a period-based two-part episode and will air as the fifth installment of season 9. Episode 6, "The Woman Who Lived," comes form the mind of Catherine Tregenna and will air as episode 6.
