NCIS: Los Angeles will have babies on the brain during "Field of Fire."

'NCIS: LA' Season 6: Bodies Surface With Connections To Arkady, Episode 23 Title & Plot Revealed

Much to Kensi's (Daniela Ruah) surprise and Sam's (LL Cool J) amusement, Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) is ready to strap on the training wheels for fatherhood. The LAPD detective has decided to become a mentor and he will spend the opening moments of episode 22 picking out his new mentee (see video below).

The kid's penchant for surfing, "styled-by-pillow" hair, and cocky smirk makes him a perfect match for carefree detective - unless, of course, Deeks finds his mini-me to be just as unruly as Sam finds the full-sized version.

Deeks desire to be a father, however, isn't the most surprising moment in the "Field of Fire" clip. Much to the team's shock, Callen (Chris O'Donnell) is also contemplating a future with children of his own.

"What makes you think I've ruled out that possibility?" G asks. "What? I'm still young enough. Joelle and I have got things back on track. You never know."

Can you imagine Callen settling down with a bunch of "lowercase G's"? Sound off in the comments below!
