Mark Ballas Reveals One Trophy That Would 'Make Up' For 'DWTS' Elimination

Soules, known for being the most recent Bachelor, was eliminated on Tuesday night's results show of Dancing With the Stars. The former bachelor and his pro dancing partner Witney Carson came in fifth place this season and just missed out on a chance to compete in the semifinals.

Soules was noticeably let down about being eliminated during the show, and he expressed his disappointment again with Us Weekly.

Will Noah Galloway Be Eliminated On Next Week's 'DWTS' Episode?

"It was clear at the end there, I was really disappointed," Soules said. "But you know, life goes on. We didn't make it to the end, so I'm a little disappointed."

The star said that his fiancée Whitney Bischoff was not thrilled about him getting kick off either.

"She was definitely bummed that this was the final dance, and she wasn't able to be here," Soules said, of Bischoff. "But she was doing things for herself and she was with her family where she should be."

Bischoff's mother died 10 years ago from a blood clot, so Bischoff was with her family this week.

Meanwhile, Soules is optimistic about getting back to regular life again.

"I'll be able to get back to normal, and get back to work, and that has been in the back of my mind," Soules said. "My family needs me back there and we're in the middle of planting season which is one of the most important times of the year for us. I'm excited to be back there, that's something I really enjoy. So this is a tough pill to swallow because I was committed to getting to the end of this, but it's been an unforgettable experience and thankful that I got to be a part of it but looking forward to moving on."

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
