The 100 is teaming with characters - Grounders, Arkers, the remnants of the original 100 - and the world will only get bigger in season 3. There is, however, a good chance that some of your favorite minor characters will still get their due.

Here is our update roundup regarding (hopefully) returning characters -

Echo

A member of the Ice Nation, Echo (Tasya Teles) was introduced inside Mount Weather's harvest chambers. Now that the grounder is out an about, there is a good chance viewers will see her again, particularly since Lexa's Grounder coalition will be on shaky ground after the fall of the Mountain Men.

'Supernatural' Season 10 Spoilers: Dean's Saving Grace Isn't Sam? Jensen Ackles Talks Unexpected Solution

Series creator Jason Rothenberg previously revealed that he has "thought about her storyline" in relation to season 3 but there has been no official confirmation either way.

Mel

Mel (Tanaya Beatty) was the only Factory Station survivor. Writer Aaron Ginsburg addressed her fate on Monday, saying, "I can't say if you'll see her again, but as I like to point out: she's not dead, which means... she could certainly appear."

Monroe

One of the original 100, Monroe (Katie Stuart) first appeared in "His Sister's Keeper." The character took on a larger role during season 2.

"We all love Monroe! And Katie Stuart (who plays the role) is awesome," Ginsburg said on Monday. "As for Season 3, I can't reveal any details. Although Monroe is still alive, so that certainly helps her chances of reappearing..."

Bear I mind that this character was nearly met her end aaronginsburg.tumblr.com/post/118119444631/ever-since-jason-rothenberg-revealed-that-monroe in five different drafts last year.

Luna

Luna has never actually appeared on The 100, she has merely been mentioned in passing. A Grounder, Luna is said to be in charge of the Boat Clan. We can confirm that the character has definitely been a topic of conversation in the season 3 writers' room. As the post-apocalyptic world expands, the Boat People could fall into the story. Unfortunately, The 100 has yet to make an official announcement.
