Many Survivor: Second Chance hopefuls are concerned about the number of people voting on CBS.com.

America has been voting on who they want to see return to Survivor this fall from a preselected pool of 32 former one-time players who did not win the game. With various online communities rallying for old school players like Kelly Wiglesworth, Jeff Varner and Teresa Cooper as well as unique characters like Kass McQuillen and Shane Powers, there has been a lot of excitement around the vote.

However, a statistic courtesy of CBS has many of those online communities concerned about the final results of the vote. CBS announced on Monday via RealityBlurred that "since voting opened on May 6, more than 10 million votes have been cast to determine the 'Second Chance' castaways."

When RealityBlurred asked for further clarification on what those 10 million votes really mean, a representative said "10 million votes for 20 players each." This means that over 10 million ballots (picking both men and women) have been cast since May 6.

This is cause for concern among online communities like SurvivorSucks, the Survivor subreddit and more, considering they are likely going to be outnumbered by what are commonly referred to as "casuals."

These casuals are stereotyped as those who do not follow Survivor as closely, and rarely post about the show online outside of Facebook, if that. Some online communities are scared that casual voters will not remember players from older seasons, in addition to not voting for memorable villains simply because they don't like them.

As any casting director would know, this makes for boring television if there are only "hero" types from the last four seasons in the cast.

Many of the candidates have been tweeting about their concern of the casuals controlling the vote.

Voting is now more important than ever now that we are in the final stretch. If you think your favorite Survivor player won't get in, make sure to vote both Tuesday and Wednesday, and spread the word.

The official cast of Survivor: Second Chance will be revealed on Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
