'NCIS: LA' Spoilers: What's Standing Between Nell & Eric? Renee Smith Teases Season 7 Neric [VIDEO]
NCIS: Los Angeles' Ops love connection will continue to tease fans as season 7 begins.
Eric (Barrett Foa) and Nell (Renee Felice Smith) have had a will-they-won't-they relationship for the last six seasons, and the two actors want to assure fans that the pair's sexual tension is still very much a piece of the NCIS: LA puzzle (see video below). The pair dropped by London's MCM Comic Con over the weekend, and much of their time was spent fielding questions about the Neric dynamic.
"I think they like to tease it but, I mean, lets be honest, the show's not ending tomorrow so they have to keep it going," Smith said of the slow burn storyline, according to Connected Digital World.
While the two techies clearly have chemistry, NCIS: LA already has one hot and heavy workplace affair to attend to. Unfortunately for Neric, the Densi romance will continue to take center stage...at least for now.
"With Kensi (Daniela Ruah) and Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen), it's kind of tough to have two couples that are actually together at the same time and to show all of that," Smith explained. "We've kind of taken a break from the Eric and Nell story while Kensi and Deeks are kind of in the heat of their relationship."
