The Starz series is already in the midst of filming for it's sophomore season, and the quick pace of production has already brought us two new names and faces for the second season.
When Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) head to Paris, the duo will come in contact with Le Comte St. Germain (Stanley Weber) and Jared (Robert Cavanah).

Both wine merchants, Jared is Jamie's cousin while St. Germain is a member of the French Court and a known occultist, according to E! Online. While the latter will prove to be of the villainous cast, Jared will provide the travelers with a home as they attempt to stem the Jacobite uprising.
"Jamie and Claire will go to France, they'll go to Paris in fact, and they'll try to change history," showrunner Ron Moore teased of season 2, according to E! Online. "They'll try to stop the Jacobite rebellion, so they'll meet Bonnie Prince Charlie, a real historical figure. They're going to live in Paris. It's a completely different show."
