'Pretty Little Liars' Season 6: The Actor Behind 'A' Is In The Know, Marlene King's Cryptic Tweet Decoded [VIDEO]
Pretty Little Liars has lifted the veil on 'A'. The actor behind Rosewood's most notorious criminal finally knows that he/she is Charles DiLaurentis.
For six seasons, viewers have struggled to piece together the identity of the Liars' tormentor, comforted by the fact that the cast shared their befuddlement. Now, however, the ABC Family actors are one step ahead of their loyal fan base.
"So here's a scoop. 'A' finally knows 'A' is 'A.' #SeasonOfAnwsers," series creator Marlene King cryptically teased on Thursday.
Barring the possibility that 'A' has been unaware of his own actions since stealing the game form Mona in season 3, it appears King is referencing the actor/actress off screen knowledge as of season 6's second episode. Armed with this new knowledge, the actor/actress will finally be able to lace their performance with a few intentional breadcrumbs.
Following the harrowing events of the Dollhouse, the Liars will spend the next few episodes recovering form their emotional and physical trauma. Viewers don't know what happened to Hanna, Emily, Spencer, and Aria behind the closed doors of Charles' creepy wonderland, but clues will start to spill out as the summer season heads into "Songs of Innocence" and "Songs of Experience" (see preview below).
Find out more when Pretty Little Liars airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
