After four seasons of post-apocalyptic warfare, the war for humanity will enter its final stage on June 28. Unfortunately for Tom Mason and the 2nd Mass, the Espheni and their ilk won't relinquish Earth without dealing another significant blow to the planet's most notorious troublemakers.
"We thin the herd along the way," Noah Wyle (Tom) told TV Line ahead of the season 5 premiere, "Find Your Warrior." "Not everybody makes it to the finish line."

Death has been the 2nd Mass' constant companion since the original invasion decimated their lives, but each lost fighter has hit the ragtag army as hard as the first. While it is unknown which member of the close-knit survivors will bite the dust next, actor Will Patton (Weaver) promises the impending death will leave viewers reaching for the Kleenex.
"I think [viewers] will definitely cry at the moment, if they edited it right," Patton joked at London's MCM Comic Con, according to Connected Digital World.
Falling Skies will return to TNT on June 28 for a 10-episode finale run. The premiere will pick up in the wake of Lexi's kamikaze mission to take down the lunar power core, a desperate battle that left Tom adrift in space.
