Agents of SHIELD's Bobbi Morse may let her guard down in season 3.

'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 3: Will Cal Return? Kyle MacLaclan Weighs In

Everybody has a vulnerable side, but Mockingbird (Adrianne Palicki) keeps her's securely hidden under 10 layers of kickass moves. The expert fighter ended the second season bedridden, however, and seeing her in such a susceptible state is something Palicki would like to see more of.

"I'd like to see her be a little more vulnerable," Palicki told Celebified. "She's pretty tough so when you get to see her crack a little bit, it's kind of fun and it's fun for me, you know? So I'd like to see a little more vulnerability come through."

'Agents Of SHIELD' Season 3: What's Next For FitzSimmons? Iain DeCaestecker On Simmons' Untimely Disappearance

Will viewers ever get that chance? Bobbi declared her intent to leave SHIELD as "SOS Part 2" came to close, but now that the intended spin-off is off the table, how will Mockingbird fold back into the story?

"When she said, 'I can't do this anymore,' we intentionally made that very ambiguous. Does it mean her and Hunter (Nick Blood), or does it mean S.H.I.E.L.D.?" executive producer Jeffery Bell explained to Entertainment Weekly. "The whole intention of the possible spin-off was we love these people as characters and feel that they're a great part of our universe. When they return, we expect to have great stories for them both as a couple and within the larger team, whether they're part of it or parallel."
