NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS fans are itching to find out what case will send DC's Tony DiNozzo to the City of Angeles.

'Hawaii Five-0' Season 6: Willie Garson To Return, What Will His Art Thief Be Up To?

Very Special Agent DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) will make his debut appearance on NCIS: LA this fall, marking the first time a member off the mothership has joined the OSP team since 2009. What's more, it appears Tony will make the jump during LA's season 7 premiere.

"We had a crossover episode with one Mr. Michael Weatherly," Barrett Foa (Eric) told Connected Digital World at London's MCM Comic Con. "So he's appearing on out show next season and it was so much fun to have him."

Unfortunately for NCIS viewers, the Ops meerkat didn't divulge exactly why DiNozzo will ditch his own team so quickly after Gibbs' (Mark Harmon) shooting.

Renee Felice Smith (Nell), however, did hint that the episode's opening will involve a renaissance faire.

Uncharacteristicall, NCIS: LA ended season 5 without a major cliffhanger. Althoug the Hetty's (Linda Hunt) team isn't in any immediate danger, there is still one major problem that was not addressed during "Chernoff, K." Deeks' (Eric Christian Olsen) IA investigation played out in the background of the series' spring run, but fans were left wondering how - and when - the issue will resolve itself.

Hopfully the LAPD dectective's mysterious troubles will get a major boost in the season 7 premiere.
