As a testament to their consistent dominance in the Pac-12, Oregon (10-0) has moved up to No. 2 in the BCS rankings. The Ducks have the opportunity to extend their winning streak to 14 games and clinch the conference's North Division title when they host the No. 14 Stanford Cardinal (8-2) on Saturday night.

Oregon, the highest-scoring team in the nation, dominated Cal in Week 11 by a 59-17 margin. The Ducks now sport a 32-2 conference record under the tutelage of Chip Kelly. They've also been victorious in nine out of their last 10 games versus Stanford.

On the other hand, the Cardinal have the opportunity to win the North if they can prevail both this weekend against the Ducks and in Week 13 over UCLA.

"This is pretty much our Pac-12 championship game," stated linebacker Chase Thomas, according to ESPN.

Losing five straight matchups at Eugene, Stanford hasn't had much luck there. To top it off, four were by at least a three-touchdown margin. The Cardinal have lost their last two games to Oregon by a combined 44 points. Their last win over the Ducks came in 2009 when Andrew Luck led the program to a 51-42 win.

Head coach David Shaw stated that he makes it a habit to refer to Oregon during their practices in order to better motivate his team.

"They have great athletes, they have a great scheme in all three phases, they know how to adjust those schemes based on what you're doing, which to me is the biggest key. You don't see them stopped for long. If you're doing something well that can hold them down, they're going to make a tweak and make you pay for it."
