The battle for Mount Weather concluded with a devastating massacre, and Bellamy (Bob Morley) was one of the three people responsible for the end of the Mountain Men. Although Clarke (Eliza Taylor) seems to think the burden is entirely hers to bear, Bellamy will also have to deal with the emotional and moral implications of pulling that lever.
"It will be hard [for them] to recover from what happened last season, for sure," Rothenberg said the original 100 who fought in Mount Weather. "There will definitely be long emotional scars."

However, Bellamy will deal with his decision "in very different ways" than Clarke and Monty (Christopher Larkin).
"Well, he's going to have a rough season, let's put it like that," showrunner Jason Rothenberg teased on Periscope. "But we're going to love it, going to love him, for it."
