Talk show host Conan O'Brien set out for Comic-Con in style - Mad Max style that is.

O'Brien and sidekick Andy Richter headed to Comic-Con in San Diego Wednesday where they will be taping new episodes of Conan for the entirety of the fan convention. Wednesday's episode featured a pre-taped segment where O'Brien and Richter trekked to Comic-Con in a vehicle very similar to the one seen in Mad Max: Fury Road.

In the sketch, Richter is wearing the mask originally worn Immortan Joe in the movie. Meanwhile, O'Brien is dressed as fan favorite The Doof Warrior, who famously played his guitar/flamethrower while bouncing around in a sling.

Richter tries to drink coffee but is unable to do so due to his mask and ends up spilling it on himself, while O'Brien toasts some hot dogs with his flamethrower.

The dynamic duo end up getting lost along the way, but they ultimately make it to San Diego.

Comic-Con is famously known for its cosplay, where participants dress up as their favorite pop culture/comic characters, so O'Brien and Richter clearly fit right in.

The rest of the clip shows O'Brien and Richter welcoming a crowd at Comic-Con in their regular suits.

O'Brien and Richter will be taping new episodes of Conan every day until Saturday at the Spreckels theater.

Meanwhile, Mad Max: Fury Road is still in theaters.
