Stephen Amell had confirmed over previous interviews that Oliver was never returning as the Arrow again.

Could Sarab Be Resuscitated In Season 4?

The actor had suggested that he might be back to play vigilante again but didn't venture to explain further. At the presentation for Arrow at Comic-Con on July 11, fans got some answers. The cast members and showrunners dished about what fans can expect from the next chapter. The biggest highlight was probably the unveiling of Oliver Queen's new costume. So now we can assuredly believe that Oliver will be back in Starling City to fight the evil forces.

io9 caught some important quotes from the event. Amell did say at the event that he wouldn't make the transformation to his alter ego as quickly, and suggests that fans who like seeing Oliver in cival mode "are going to be really excited."

Actor Playing Damien Darhk Revealed

"One of the things we lost in half of season two and season three was the public persona of Oliver Queen," Amell said. "It's really important that I get out there, doing things."

Amell added that Oliver will be returning to the forces he was up against in the previous seasons.

"Ever since Slade Wilson walked into the Queen mansion, Oliver has been up against it," whe said. "That guy has been in dire straits. I think it was important to get through that, to get where we are now-but I also don't think it would be interesting to go back there again, for the same reasons."

But the publication states that Oliver will be playing the Arrow again. Could that mean that Oliver will be back as the Arrow, only in a new costume?

Even showrunner Marc Guggenheim suggested that fans are going to get to see many of "Oliver in a suit" stories.

The announcement of Arrow's renewal for a fourth season was made earlier this month.

The finale of season 3, entitled 'My Name is Oliver Queen,' of Arrow aired on May 13 on The CW.
