'Arrow' Season 4 Spoilers: New Element Of 'Magic & Mysticism' In Next Chapter, Stephen Amell Teases [VIDEO]
Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver Queen in Arrow, and showrunner Marc Guggenheim dished about what lies ahead in the CW series at the recently held Comic-Con.
Could Sarab Be Resuscitated In Season 4?
Guggenheim suggested that season 4 will be a "new beginning." io9 caught some of the highlights from the event and got the juiciest quotes from Amell and Guggenheim.
"There's a nice new element of magic and mysticism this year," said Amell. This will also have to do with flashbacks that Oliver will experience: "When it appears on the scene, it is something he is familiar with from his time away."

And Guggenheim suggested that these flashbacks will be like none seen before. "We have a plan," said Guggenheim, "but what we do with the flashbacks this year will really surprise people."
The biggest tease Amell offered was that what the actor had read of the next chapter so far trumped the finale of season 3.
"I've read three episodes so far, and all of them seem bigger than our season finale last year. So we're in for some long long days and nights," he said.
The announcement of Arrow's renewal for a fourth season was made earlier this month.
The finale of season 3, entitled 'My Name is Oliver Queen,' of Arrow aired on May 13 on The CW.
