The iconic BBC series may be an international sensation, but the network didn't rain down confetti to celebrate the reboot's decade mark. Instead, the Time Lord's renewal was stashed away over 30 pages into the BBC Worldwide Annual Review, according to Radio Times, where there is a brief mention of "investments in The Musketeers S3 and Doctor Who S10."
In the meantime, however, Whovians still have 13 episodes to look forward to this fall. Doctor Who's Peter Capaldi (Twelve) and Jenna Coleman (Clara) dropped by San Diego Comic-Con last Thursday to dish out some tantalizing spoilers for season 9.

This included some scoop on the series' most villainous Time Lord - The Master/Mistress (Michelle Gomez).
"She's just as violent and psychopathic as ever - in a lovely way," showrunner Steven Moffat teased, according to Digital Spy.
