The Head of Household's rampant paranoia is starting to spiral out of control on CBS's Big Brother 17.

Audrey & Vanessa Create 'Female Chilltown' Alliance on 'Big Brother 17'

Vanessa desperately wants Jeff out of the house, to the point that she is actively trying to control everyone's vote. Wednesday on the live feeds, Vanessa became paranoid that Audrey was actually America's Player. She wanted to remove Audrey from her alliance and replace her with John.

Then, when Vanessa asked Clay if he would be voting out Jeff, he said he was "90 percent" sure that he was going to, which caused Vanessa to freak out. She told him that all trust would essentially be gone if he voted to evict James instead.

After a swift lecturing from Shelli, Clay later apologized to Vanessa for causing such doubt. Vanessa implied that she was still mad at him, and kept bringing it up throughout the night. Clay essentially apologized over and over, though Vanessa wasn't satisfied.

Meanwhile, Jeff kept campaigning to the other side of the house, including Jackie and Meg. He even cried during a conversation with Shelli, saying that he wants to atone for his actions. He did not get much reassurance.

Jeff also conveyed to Jackie that Clay and Shelli were a powerful duo, a sentiment that seems to be creeping up more and more lately in the Big Brother house.

As of Thursday morning, Jeff will be the third person evicted from the Big Brother house. The only suspense leading into Thursday night's episode is who will win the Head of Household competition.

Big Brother 17 airs a new episode tonight at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CBS, featuring the live eviction and the new Head of Household competition.
