Ever wanted to see Ichabod Crane interact with Temperance Brennan? Well Fox has some good news for you.

Fox is reportedly planning a crossover of Bones and Sleepy Hollow in the upcoming TV season, according to a new TVLine report. While Fox was expected to air the crossover in the fall, some issues arose and it is now being planned for later in the TV season.

While there are no details known just yet about which characters will be involved in the crossover, the shows' bosses already having something in mind to blend the worlds of both shows.

Is Booth's Son Parker Returning To 'Bones' Next Season?

Both Bones and Sleepy Hollow are airing on Thursdays next season, so the idea isn't totally out of left field, but it will certainly be interesting to see how producers wedge the two worlds together. Will Brennan (Emily Deschanel) and Booth (David Boreanaz) actually share screen time with Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) himself?

Bones and Sleepy Hollow are at very different stages in their TV tenures. Bones is heading into its second decade on the air, with the premiere of season 11 scheduled for the fall. Meanwhile, Sleepy Hollow was a modest hit for Fox when it premiered in 2013 but it has been declining in ratings ever since. The fantasy series is gearing up for its third season.

Thursday, Oct. 1 is the season premiere date for both Bones and Sleepy Hollow.
