Teen Wolf has released two new episode titles for season 5.

'Teen Wolf' Season 5: Graduation Is Not In The Cards [POLL]; Jeff Davis Teases Season 6

The MTV drama is treating fans to one of its darkest (and goriest) seasons yet, and the Dread Doctor's mayhem will continue through the mid-season finale. Before viewers get there, however, they will need to get though episodes 7 and 8.

Episode 7 will be titled "Strange Frequencies," according to Spoiler TV, and episode 8 is dubbed "Ouroboros."

'Supernatural' Season 11: Why Will Sam Have 'Visions' About The Darkness? Jared Padalecki Teases A 'Higher Power'

While "Strange Frequencies" doesn't bear any supernatural overtones, "Ouroboros" certainly does. The latter title refers to a ancient Greek symbol that depicted a serpent or dragon eating its own tail. Often used to reference cycles and rebirth, the image has also been linked to phoenixes.

Considering all the weird science/supernatural mix and match that has been going on, "Ouroboros" could merely indicate rebirth of some sort, but it could also be a reference to Deputy Parrish. No one knows quite what mythological creature Jordan is, but the most popular theory is that he is a fire bird.
