Almost a decade after playing in Survivor: Panama, Terry Deitz is coming back to play the game one more time this fall.

Terry is one of 20 former players voted in by America to return for a second shot at $1 million in Survivor: Cambodia - Second Chance. The 55-year-old pilot is one of the best Immunity Challenge competitors in Survivor history, but will he maintain and uphold his legacy in Cambodia?

Terry was a member of the La Mina (Older Men) tribe in Survivor: Panama, which featured four tribes at the start of the game. After the first vote, the tribes were dissolved into two tribes. Terry helped lead the new La Mina tribe to victory, but they went to Tribal Council more often than not in the pre-merge.

He was also sent to Exile Island at one point during the pre-merge, where he wound up finding the Hidden Immunity Idol. Terry went into the merge with only three other tribunates, with the other tribe, Casaya, having six.

Terry tried to persuade members of the Casaya tribe over to his side, but his efforts did not work. The Casaya alliance picked off the La Mina tribe one by one, until only Terry was left standing. While Terry was not able to infiltrate the Casaya six, he saved himself from being voted out by constantly winning Immunity Challenges.

Since the merge, Terry won five consecutive Immunity Challenges, allowing him to be safe at every Tribal Council leading up to the Final 4. This plus his Hidden Immunity Idol made him a very strong threat throughout the post-merge.

Terry still had the Idol to be used at the Final 4 Tribal Council, where he and Danielle DiLorenzo voted for Cirie Fields, while Cirie and Aras Baskauskas voted for Danielle. Terry refused to give Danielle his Idol, but Danielle wound up winning the tiebreaker fire-making challenge, sending Cirie home.

Terry won an advantage for the final Immunity Challenge but it did not help as he was first out of the challenge. Danielle would go on to win and she proceeded to backstab Terry by voting him out.

Now, heading into Cambodia, Terry is almost a decade older. It remains to be seen if he will be able to keep up in challenges, though he seems to still be physically fit enough. As for the game itself, Terry was very crafty in Panama though this was a long time ago and his reputation may not be as strong in people's minds when they're out on the island.

He will likely find allies in fellow alpha male types like Andrew Savage or Jeremy Collins. But Terry was never portrayed to be a mastermind of the game, so he may not be able to take a strong majority alliance deep into the game unless they're a strong unit.

Cambodia Prediction: Terry will pick up allies early in the game though possibly not a lot of them. If he is still physically capable he could lead his tribe to many victories, but this is all dependent on the makeup of the tribe he is on. He will make it past the first few Tribal Councils, though he could easily be picked off before the merge for being in a minority alliance.

We predict: 14th place.
