'American Horror Story' Season 5 News: Finn Wittrock Admits 'There's Not A Whole Lot Of Good Guys' In 'Hotel'
Finn Wittrock won't spill too many details about his new role in FX's American Horror Story: Hotel, though he definitely won't be a hero.
Wittrock is returning for another season of American Horror Story in the fall, following his Emmy-nominated performance as Dandy Mott in AHS: Freak Show. While Wittrock's new character won't be as evil as Dandy, he certainly won't be the good guy either.
The actor spoke with E! Online recently and teased some details of his character.
"I should probably stay quiet about it." he admitted. "There's not a whole lot of good guys, I won't say-I don't think I'm quite as malevolent as Dandy, but I'm definitely not a good guy."
As Wittrock noted, there aren't too many heroes in the new season. AHS boss Ryan Murphy spoke at Comic-Con about Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett and Matt Bomer's characters all being villains in Hotel. And he suggested that Lady Gaga's character will also be a villain.
Additionally, Lily Rabe is returning to American Horror Story in what is sure to be a villainous role. According to a new Entertainment Weekly report, Rabe is going to play a serial killer who has stayed at the titular hotel.
So who will be the hero of Hotel? It looks like we'll have to wait until October to find out.
American Horror Story: Hotel premieres in October on FX, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date.
