The first season of Stitchers is nearly over and it is clear the chemistry between leads, Emma Ishta (Kirsten on the series) and Kyle Harris (Cameron on the series), is out of this world.

How Much Of Camille Should Be Shown According To Linus When She Meets His Parents On 'Stitchers'?

The ABC Family show's executive producer, Jeffrey Alan Schechter, recently dished a shocking reveal in regard to Ishta and Harris nailing their roles.

Typically when actors and actresses are cast on TV shows and in movies chemistry reads are done especially if romance is in the characters' futures that they're auditioning for.

Camille Will Meet Linus' Parents In Next Episode Of 'Stitchers'?

Stitchers has been dropping subtle hints since the first episode that Kirsten and Cameron potentially have a romantic future together.

Anyway, Schechter tweeted last Thursday in regard to a fan question about Ishta and Harris doing a chemistry read.

It turns out they never did.

"We just had a sense," Schechter gushed about the two rising stars' chemistry.

The "sense" the writers and the rest of the team behind the procedural drama was spot on since Ishta and Harris have this undeniable chemistry on screen.

Kirsten and Cameron bicker quite frequently; yet have this generally unspoken understanding, which is rare to see especially considering the two thespians never did a chemistry read with each other.

Are you surprised to hear Ishta and Harris scored these roles without having to do a chemistry read together?

Stitchers airs on ABC Family at 9 p.m. ET on Tuesdays.
