Alabama coach Nick Saban has no complaints about playing in a league where the champion has an almost-automatic spot in the BCS national title game. That will indeed be the case once again in Saturday's Southeastern Conference championship showdown between No. 2 Crimson Tide and the No.3-ranked Georgia.

The loser of the highly anticipated game may be pushed out of the BCS picture altogether due to the possibility that No. 5 Florida is still in contention to gain a spot.

Winning aside, Saban spoke to ESPN about the less than ideal circumstances for the losing program.

"For either one of these teams, it's not really a great scenario. You play your way into the championship game, which means you're the best team in your division. They're the best team in their division. They played their way into the game by a total body of work for the whole season. It doesn't seem quite right, but it is what it is," he stated.

The winner on the college gridiron will go on to compete against No. 1 Notre Dame along with the opportunity to keep the national championship in the SEC for the seventh consecutive year.
