'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers: Eric Makes A Major Confession To Nicole [PHOTO]
He was feeling intense guilt over his feelings for her following their near-death experience, but Eric (Greg Vaughn) has finally had an epiphany on how to handle his predicament on Days of Our Lives.
After feeling tortured over his renewed feelings for Nicole (Arianne Zucker) after they almost made love while locked up in a steam grate during Xander's (Paul Telfer) attack, and realizing he didn't have a chance because she loved Daniel (Shawn Christian) and had agreed to marry him, Eric went to the only place he knew he could for help--the church, and revealed everything that happened in a confessional.
After receiving guidance that he would get the sign he needed soon enough to help him figure out what path to take, Eric decided what he needs to do--and will confess all to Nicole as a result, in addition to promising her that Daniel will never learn the truth, at least not from him.
Nicole Realizes Serena Can Destroy Her Future
However, what Eric doesn't know is that Daniel is about to learn everything that happened because Serena (Melissa Archer) is dead set on getting revenge against Nicole, and had bugged Eric's confessional. She only heard up to the part where he confessed they had started to make love, before he squashed her bug and ended her ability to listen. Armed with that, and her incorrect assumption that the two had finished the deed and in fact gone all the way, Serena will make her big move--and tell Daniel everything she has learned.
Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
