The New England Patriots (8-3) will look to continue their dominance when they take on the Miami Dolphins (5-6) in an exciting NFL Sunday afternoon matchup. Tom Brady and the Pats are coming off a turkey day blowout against the New York Jets and will look to clinch their ninth division crown in ten seasons.

In Week 12 versus the Jets, New England came out of the gate early, tying a team record with 35 points in the second quarter, which included three touchdowns within 52 seconds to rack up their fifth consecutive victory.

Veteran QB Brady has been lights out down the stretch, posting a 64.4 completion percentage for 1,454 yards with 14 touchdowns and zero interceptions.

If the Patriots can win their sixth in a row against the Dolphins, they would nail down their fourth straight division title.

"That's huge. We're really thankful as a team to be where we are right now, to have a chance to be in a position to play for something else. But we realize that eight wins doesn't get us anything. That'll get us a ticket home at the end of the season," special teams captain Matthew Slater told ESPN.

However, Slater's fears aren't likely to come to fruition as New England currently sports the NFL's best offense, averaging 37.0 points and 435.8 yards per game. The team also finishes off their season against three out of five clubs with sub-.500 records-two matchups against Miami and one versus the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Over the past six years, New England has a 28-6 divisional record while winning eight straight since coming up short against the Buffalo Bills in Week 3 in 2011.
