Evan Peters thinks that Lady Gaga is a "brilliant" addition to the cast of FX's American Horror Story.

Peters, who is returning for his fifth consecutive season of American Horror Story this fall for Hotel, recently spoke with Cosmopolitan about a variety of topics, including Gaga's casting.

The actor is already looking forward to working with Gaga, though he added that he will not be singing with her at any point.

"There's going to be no singing this year. Ryan [Murphy, co-creator of American Horror Story ] was very adamant about that. No singing," Peters said. "He's always switching it up. So it'll just be her there to act. It'll be brilliant."

As for if he'll call her Lady Gaga, Ms. Gaga or Stefani (her real name), he said, "All of the above! Depending on the situation. Actually, I want to call her [Stefani]. I think it would be really cool to call Lady Gaga by her first name. Or Gags [pronounced GAHGZ ]."

Gaga, Peters and more will be part of American Horror Story: Hotel, the fifth season in the series that is reportedly set in the present day. The season will also star Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Denis O'Hare, Finn Wittrock, Lily Rabe, Matt Bomer, Wes Bentley, Cheyenne Jackson, Chloë Sevigny, Max Greenfield and Emma Roberts.

American Horror Story: Hotel is set to premiere in October on FX, though the network has not yet announced a specific premiere date.
