Biden, 82, has inked a deal with Creative Artists Agency (CAA), which previously represented him following his eight-year term as the US vice president.
The comedian criticized both President Joe Biden and former President Barack Obama for his belief that the two did not take enough credit for helping Americans.
"We need a president to stand up for their right to bargain for better wages and working conditions," Barack Obama said in his keynote speech at the DNC.
